Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Onverse is operated by Gallucci Ventures LLC, a Florida limited liability company, doing business as Onverse ("Onverse", "we", "us"). This policy covers onverse.ai, the Discovery portal, the Partner Portal, and the conversations you have with Otto, our alignment agent, by phone, text message, or WhatsApp.

2. What we collect

We collect what you give us and what your use of the site generates.

• Contact details: your name, company, title, email address, and, if you choose to provide it, your mobile number.
• Discovery answers: the responses you enter in the Discovery portal about your business, your goals, your tools, your budget, and your timeline.
• Agreements: the name, title, company, and email you enter when you sign the mutual non-disclosure agreement, together with the date and time you signed it.
• Conversations: messages you send to Otto by text message or WhatsApp, and recordings or transcripts of calls you place to or receive from Otto. Otto tells you a call is with an AI assistant.
• Partner Portal activity: sign-ins, documents you view, and responses you submit inside a partner workspace.
• Usage data: pages visited, approximate location from your IP address, browser and device type, collected through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

3. How we use it

• To respond to you, scope an engagement, and run the Discovery process you started.
• To send you the agreement you signed, and to keep a record that you signed it.
• To let Otto recognise you when you call or message, so you do not have to start over.
• To operate a partner workspace you have been given access to.
• To understand how the site is used and improve it.
• To meet our legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it to train AI models offered to other companies.

4. Text messaging

If you provide your mobile number and check the consent box in the Discovery portal, you agree to receive text messages from Onverse about your build. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. We record the exact consent wording you saw and the time you agreed, beside your submission.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other categories described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Text messages are delivered through Twilio and, for conversations with Otto, through ElevenLabs. Both act as our service providers and process your number only to deliver and receive messages on our behalf.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us under contract, and only as needed to run the service.

• Hosting and delivery: Vercel (the website), Supabase (our database).
• Messaging and voice: Twilio (text messages and phone numbers), Meta (WhatsApp), ElevenLabs (Otto's voice and messaging).
• Email and documents: Google Workspace (email delivery, including your executed agreement).
• Analytics: Google (Tag Manager and Analytics).

We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case this policy continues to apply to the information transferred.

6. Cookies and analytics

The site uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which set cookies to distinguish visitors and measure use of the site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them. We do not use cookies for advertising.

7. How long we keep it

We keep Discovery submissions, signed agreements, and Otto conversation records for as long as we have a relationship with you and for as long as needed afterwards to meet legal, accounting, or contractual obligations. Signed agreements are kept for the term stated in the agreement. Usage data is kept in aggregate.

8. Your choices

• Text messages: reply STOP to any message to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
• Email: reply to any message from us and ask to stop.
• Access, correction, or deletion: email m@onverse.ai. We will confirm your identity and respond within 30 days. We may keep what the law or a signed agreement requires us to keep.
• Cookies: see the section above.

9. Security

Personal information is stored in access-controlled systems. Database access is limited to our own application; no client or partner can read another's data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access will never occur.

10. Children

The site and Otto are for businesses and their representatives. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, email m@onverse.ai and we will delete it.

11. Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use your information will be sent to the email address on file before they take effect.
